For centuries, the leaves of Plantago Major have been used in most regions of the world in traditional medical treatment of wounds and diseases.

Plantago Major grows in lawns and fields, along roadsides, and in other areas that have been disturbed by humans. It does particularly well in compacted or disturbed soils.

Album explores the concept of transformation - from injury to regeneration. From pain to pleasure from destruction to growth. Process which is essential to any living organism.
